EL ROSARIO PROJECT
LANDSCAPE AND OUTDOOR DESIGN FOR A VILLA IN MARBELLA
Nestled in the prestigious enclave of El Rosario, Marbella, this project embarks on a transformative journey to redefine over 1,000 m² of outdoor space. Designed as a seamless extension of its natural surroundings, the transformation embraces history while looking towards the future, balancing elegance, sustainability, and comfort.
Honoring the region’s Roman heritage, the design draws inspiration from ancient craftsmanship and materials that have stood the test of time. Travertine, limestone, and wrought iron form the backbone of the architectural composition, bringing an understated elegance and timeless character to the space. Carefully selected aromatic plants—rosemary, lavender, and thyme—infuse the air with their natural fragrances, reinforcing a deep connection to the land and the senses.
Currently this project is under construction, we look forward to unveiling the evolution of this extraordinary transformation.

The intervention is structured through a sophisticated interplay of levels, crafting a seamless dialogue between the built environment and its natural surroundings. Thoughtfully designed terraces extend the living experience outdoors, offering areas for relaxation, dining, and gathering.
A refined swimming pool becomes the heart of the space, mirroring the sky and inviting moments of stillness and refreshment. Shaded pergolas, intimate lounges, and pathways lined with greenery create a fluid and immersive landscape, where every element is purposefully placed to evoke tranquility and timeless beauty.
Beyond aesthetics, sustainability is at the core of this project. A thorough study of the site’s natural resources has led to an advanced water management system, ensuring the efficient collection, filtration, and reuse of rainwater for irrigation. This not only reduces environmental impact but also guarantees the garden’s resilience to changing climatic conditions and future regulations. Every decision is driven by a commitment to preserving and enhancing the natural ecosystem while delivering an unparalleled level of comfort and sophistication.
At its heart, this project is about creating a place where life is celebrated in all its forms. A retreat designed for reading in the shade of a pine tree, playing barefoot on sun-warmed stone, sharing laughter over long summer dinners, or simply pausing to take in the gentle Mediterranean breeze. A place where luxury and sustainability are not opposing forces but rather complementary elements of a well-lived life.
